Richard Warner is also a master carpenter with over 20 year’s experience. He has designed and built all of his shops and has done so with great success. Rich has a great combination of building knowledge and body art knowledge. All of the build outs that he has done have bean a great combination of functionality and style. In his builds he is always sure to maximize the use of the space available to ensure the most efficient and comfortable shop possible. Not every one has the ability to look at an empty space and in vision what they would like the finish product to look like; most people have an idea of what styles and finishes they would like to work with but can not in vision the end result and consequently may not make the best choices for the space. This is where Rich’s artistic vision and practicality can be a huge asset for you. Rich has the ability to work with the clients tastes, preferences, and dislikes and his own vision to create a shop that is functional and a reflection of the owner’s individual style and tastes.

Your shops appearance says so much about you and the type of business you run. We live in a very visual and some times judgmental world and, let’s face it, when clients walk through your door they form an opinion of you based on what they see. Additionally, when most clients come through your door they are very nervous. Your choices in colors and decor are the first things that are either going to start to calm them down or raise there anxiety further. These are some of the important thing that Rich has done a lot of research in and has had a lot of personal experience with in his shops. Again, this type of knowledge can be a huge asset to you. Rich also has great structural knowledge and has dealt with building departments building codes and inspectors for a good portion of his career and can make these often difficult areas go smoother and faster.

If you are interested in taking advantage of these services, the degree of involvement and the fees can vary depending on your needs. You can go as simple as sending us a blue print of your space and us drawing what we think would be the best use of the space and returning them to you, or you could could go as extensive as Rich coming to your location, doing a consultation with you, designing and overseeing your entire build with your contractor.
