Page 1 of 2 This is an eight foot by eight foot (8ft x 8ft) enclosed environment. Its intended use is to provide a sterile Environment, for the purpose of performing Body Art procedures. It will consist of modular panel’s approx two foot in width by eight foot in height (2ft x 8ft). The floor will be ¾ plywood supported by 1 ½ x 1 ½ aluminum framing. The floor will be finished in vinyl The edge of the floor will have a metal lip to receive the 2’x 8’ x 3/8 wall panels. These panels will be fastened to the floor by a typical buckle style clasp system. A detail of which has bean provided. The wall panels will be joined vertically, by wall mullions of which a detail has bean provided. The ceiling will also consist of 2’ x 8’ aluminum panels that will fasten to the walls with the typical buckle fasteners and will be joined at the sides by the typical mullions used on the side walls. The ceiling panels will have the same lip on the edge as the floor panels to receive the wall panels, one of the ceiling panels will have a 2’ x 6’ fluorescent light mounted to it. There will be a hand washing sink and cabinets inside. The sink will have running hot and cold water. There will be two (2) water tanks constructed of plastic; they will be placed directly under the sink. They will be appox 30 gallons each. One tank will be for fresh water, the second tank will be for waste. The fresh water tank will have a fill spout and drain spout, and will be plumbed to a water heater with the assistance of an in line water pump. The plumbing will exit the water heater and feed the sink with hot water. The plumbing will also feed the sink with cold water. Also with the assistance of the water pump, the sink will drain into the waste tank. The waste tank will have a drain to remove the waste water. There will be access holes in the wall panels to accommodate the drain and fill spouts in the water tanks. These will be in the rear sections. There will also be an electrical feed and receptacles in the rear of the unit. Beside the sink cabinets there will be drawer cabinets on each side of the sink cabinet.
